For this residential property located on the beautiful coast in Pevensey Bay, the C-Side team were enlisted to help design a new two storey layout. The property was previously a bungalow and has now been transformed into a two storey home.

The open plan layout was key. With this in mind we created a large kitchen and social space which leads through in the lounge area.

On the second floor we introduced two new bedrooms, both complete with their very own ensuite bathrooms and storage facilities.
