During this meeting, we will take a brief from you, which can be as flexible or comprehensive as you prefer. Subsequently, we will diligently prepare individual fees for each stage of your project. This transparent and comprehensive approach ensures a clear understanding of the project's scope and financial aspects, allowing for effective planning and collaboration.

Measured Site Survey:

Our process begins with meticulous measurements of your home, room, or workplace. We then create a comprehensive set of drawings, utilizing CAD to adhere to full architectural standards. While we are not architects ourselves, these detailed drawings serve as the foundation for our design concept and verify its technical feasibility.

You will receive your own copy of these drawings for your records. If you already possess architectural drawings, we can seamlessly build upon them, streamlining the initial steps of the process and focusing directly on refining and realising your vision.

Concept Stage:

This stage is usually the fun and exciting phase for most clients, as we embark on developing the vision for your new interior.

To present our creative ideas, we will craft a series of mood boards that incorporate images, textures, colours, and other inspirational elements for each room. Additionally, we will prepare layouts showcasing how each room will function and appear.

Our primary objective at this stage is to set the scene, offer you a variety of options to consider, and provide the essential information and expert advice required to make confident, informed decisions.

Together, we will shape a stunning and cohesive interior design that resonates with your unique tastes and preferences.

Detailed Design Stage:

After settling on your chosen concept, the next step involves transforming it into a formal design proposal. During this phase, you will have the opportunity to make specific selections for products, materials, colors, finishes, as well as preferred brands and manufacturers. If you wish, we can also revisit certain aspects of the original concept to ensure it aligns perfectly with your vision. Subsequently, we will diligently produce detailed technical drawings and comprehensive packages for the relevant trades.

Think of it as a professional instruction manual that guides and communicates precisely what is required to achieve your desired result with utmost precision and clarity. This thorough and professional approach ensures that every element of the design comes together seamlessly, resulting in a cohesive and stunning interior that reflects your distinct style and preferences.

Tender Stage:

We then assemble all the essential trades, contractors, and skilled craftsmen required to bring our design plan to life. As part of our service, we can provide a comprehensive cost breakdown encompassing all aspects of the project.

However, we understand that you may have specific preferences, and you are welcome to hire your own contractors if you prefer. In such cases, we will gladly offer detailed specifications and schedules for them to consider and provide pricing for your consideration.

Our goal is to facilitate a smooth and successful implementation of the design, whether by leveraging our network of experienced professionals or accommodating your choice of contractors.
