Limeyard restaurant presents itself as a 'Californian Kitchen,' offering a relaxed and casual American dining experience.
When tasked with transforming the concrete shell on Ealing High Street into a nostalgic and characterful establishment, our team took on the challenge.
A new steel staircase replaced the existing stairs, optimising the floor area and enhancing the overall functionality of the space.
To inject the restaurant with its distinctive 'surf-shack' aesthetic, the ceiling was elegantly clad with white-washed timber, adorned with feature cross-bracing.
The addition of a new timber shopfront, complete with sash windows, further contributed to the establishment's charming and inviting ambiance.
Our involvement with Limeyard extended beyond Ealing High Street, as we took on the design responsibility for the first Limeyard restaurant before the brand's sale. Subsequently, we compiled a comprehensive design manual to guide and ensure consistent aesthetics for future Limeyard roll-outs.
