Our design team were asked to create a whole new scheme and design layout for this residential property.

 

A rear extension was seamlessly integrated into the architectural elevation, characterised by expansive double-height ceilings and strategically positioned roof lights.

This new addition serves to infuse the space with copious amounts of natural illumination, adding an ambiance of openness and vitality.

 

A distinguishing highlight of this property resides in the innovative pitch glazing design, a deliberate integration that introduces a contemporary aesthetic, thoughtfully aligned with the preferences articulated by the client.

 

The integration of cutting-edge appliances has been incorporated into our design approach,  including fittings into the kitchen, utility, and bathroom.
