Working with Various Eateries on their Coppa brand,

C-Side Design developed the architectural schemes for both the Cobham and Putney sites in 2020 & 2021 respectively. We provided the drawing packages and 3D images as aids for the project team and client.

Both sites were originally multiple units merged into one requiring change of use planning applications to proceed. The new open plan arrangement seamlessly divides the venue into areas to lounge, work, dine & drink.

 

All aspects of architectural associated works were dealt with. Examples include the introduction of new window and door openings, skylights, roof lobby enclosure, staircases, ceilings & electrical & power alterations.
