Cobham & Putney
In collaboration with Various Eateries for their Coppa brand, C S Design successfully developed architectural schemes for the Cobham and Putney sites in 2020 and 2021.
Our scope of work encompassed providing drawing packages and 3D images to aid the project team and client throughout the design process.
Both sites were originally multiple units merged into one requiring change of use planning applications to proceed. The new open plan arrangement seamlessly divides the venue into areas to lounge, work, dine & drink.
We managed all aspects of the architectural associated works, which included the strategic introduction of new window and door openings, incorporation of skylights, roof lobby enclosure, installation of staircases, ceiling modifications, as well as electrical and power alterations.
These endeavours collectively culminated in the successful realisation of contemporary and functional venues tailored to the Coppa brand's vision and standards.
