In 2020, the team was entrusted with the task of conceptualizing a new layout for a residential project. The brief was to expand the available space and craft a more generous family area. To achieve this, a full-height side return extension was integrated into the property's lateral aspect, while a thoroughly designed single-storey extension was added to the rear, offering a full view of the garden.

Within this innovative design, a utility room was thoughtfully incorporated adjacent to the kitchen, providing valuable additional storage space and accommodating new appliances.

The kitchen itself was crafted to exacting standards, boasting a high-specification finish, with a tasteful selection of neutral colours that flow through into the lounge.

Furthermore, in pursuit of optimizing the overall layout, the upstairs configuration underwent substantial alterations to grant the family an abundance of space and larger more, comfortable bedrooms.
